4. Storage and Retention

Unless the App explicitly tells you otherwise, activity data is intended to remain on your device and within Garmin-managed services you choose to use. Nexios Media does not operate a data brokerage or advertising pipeline for your activity data.

We retain support emails and related correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, document the issue, and meet legal obligations.

5. Your Choices

• You can deny or revoke data permissions through Garmin or device settings, although some features may stop working.
• You can stop using the App at any time and remove the App from your device.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we materially change how the App uses or discloses activity data, we will update this Privacy Policy and publish the revised version at this page before the change takes effect.
